Depot service is recommended as an inexpensive solution for cases of hardware failure that require a technical diagnosis. We can repair or replace hardware components without the additional cost of onsite service calls. Our depot rates are billed by the hour.
Onsite service is recommended for cases that cannot be handled using our remote support services. These are typically hardware or physical network related issues that require engineer interaction with hardware devices. Our onsite rates are billed on the hour, with a 1.5 hour minimum.
Remote support is recommended as an inexpensive alternative in all other cases. Our rates for remote support are billed by the half hour, which reduces costs in most cases.
